Architecture decisions, proven in code.
I'm a freelance Architect & Tech Lead, based in Paris. I work on engineering transformations where architecture, automation and adoption matter equally, from the first prototype to the platform and the tooling that make the change safe at scale.
I work closely with CTOs and engineering teams, inside the team and hands on the code. I choose technology from the constraints, not the trends : Java, Go and Scala, Kubernetes, Google Cloud and AWS.
What I measure is adoption : the engineers who use what we built, and change it on their own.
